Bose sport open earbuds: Bose launches Sport Open Earbuds with OpenAudio technology – Gadgets News


Bose announced its Sport Open Earbuds globally. These earbuds use Bose OpenAudio technology.

According to the company, the OpenAudio technology allows earbuds to beam audio right into the ear canal without obstructing the sound from your surroundings.

The earbuds are designed specifically for workouts. It features a contoured ear hook design with an all-new enclosure which sits above the ear canal and not over, in or on the canal.

Bose Sport Open Earbuds: Pricing and availability
Bose Sport Open Earbuds will be available in Triple Black colour option and will be available for purchase at $199.95 (approximately Rs 14,625).

Pre-orders for the same have already begun via the company’s official website and BestBuy.com and the product will be available from mid-January.

The company has not revealed anything about its India launch as of now.

Bose Sport Open Earbuds: Features and Specifications
The new Bose Sport Open Earbuds are lightweight and relatively compact. The earbuds weigh just 14g per bud and measure 48 mm wide x 55 mm high.

The Sports Open Earbuds features an advanced microphone system that cancels out surrounding sound and enhances users voice while taking calls.

The earbuds come with Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity and feature a IPX4 rating for resistance against water and dust.

It features a two-button system where the button on the left bud is for the native smart assistant.

The right bud button is for everything else. It can act as a power, play/pause, answer or decline a call, skip tracks and more.

As far as the battery pack is concerned, the company claims 8 hours of battery life from a single charge.
