There are three ways you can change the broadband plans on Airtel
Method 1: By calling customer care on 121 or 199
All you need to do is dial 121 or 199 using your registered phone number with Airtel or you can also use the Airtel Landline for this, reach out to a customer care representative and ask him/her to change your broadband plan.
Method 2: Using My Airtel app
Using My Airtel app is relatively less cumbersome and offers the freedom to check last bills, make the payments and recharge any prepaid numbers, etc. First download the app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and open it.
Sign up using your registered phone number and OTP. Once done, add your broadband connection to the app using the landline number. One done, tap on the broadband or landline card from the top of the app and head to My Plans option.
Under My plans you can tap on the Change plan button to see all the other broadband plans available. Choose the plan and follow the on-screen instructions to raise a plan change request.
After this you’ll receive an SMS notification confirming the plan change.
