The new Galaxy S21 series of smartphones will come with a better processor, design and specifications as compared to their predecessor. Now just days ahead of the launch, a new leak about the Galaxy S21 series surfaced online.
Popular tipster Roland Quandt has revealed that with Galaxy S21 series Samsung has decided to ditch the microSD card slot. This means that none of the three smartphones will offer support for MicroSD card. Another report by GizChina reveals that Samsung is planning to launch multiple variants of the Galaxy S21 series which means that the company will still offer microSD card support in some markets.
Samsung is also expected to skip the bundling chargers this time. The company is expected not to include a charger in the retail box of Galaxy S21 series of smartphones.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 series is said to be powered by the most powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. The company is expected to bring the smartphones with Qualcomm Snapdragon processor in the US. In the other markets, the Samsung Galaxy S21 series will be powered by the company’s own Exynos 2100 chipset. The Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphones will run Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box topped with the company’s own later One UI 3.1.
Along with the three smartphones, Samsung is also expected to launch its latest Galaxy Buds Pro true wireless earbuds and the Galaxy SamrtTags at the same event.
